You can return your items within 14 days from delivery.  Returns is always FREE of charge within Omniva Locers for customers from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Germany.

You can return using code sent in SMS message or via email by clicking the create return link.

You can return your orders within 14 days from the day you received the parcel. All the labels and packages can‘t be damaged and removed. Swimwear can be returned if hygiene seals has not been removed or damaged. Only underwear cannot be returned.

Shipping costs are paid by the international customer.
